Ni una desición.

Me tomó 35 años entenderlo, pero finalmente lo entendí contra toda mi voluntad!
Contra todo el deseo de mi ser.
Contra querer ya no quererla y decidir irrevocablemente ya no quererla más!
Tomar la desición de ya no amar!
Sentir no más que el deseo de dejarla de querer !
... y sin embargo, contra toda mi voluntad, no ser más que esclava del Espíritu de Dios quien irrevocablemente: la ama.

¡Cuántas veces le pedí a Dios que me quitara este amor por ella!
Cuántas veces ore al Señor: ¡No quiero amarla más!
¿Y sabes lo que me dijo?: "Que eso no era opcional".
Así que para mi bendición: estoy basicamente atascada aquí.
Como no voy a amar a esta hermana mía por quien cristo murió en la cruz?

No, el amor no es un sentimiento, ni una desición.
El amor es un fruto del Espíritu de Dios: un inevitable fruto del Espíritu Santo.

Puedo atestiguar que:
He decidido no amar,
no siento ganas de amar,
y sin embargo no puedo evitar amarla.
Inexplicable!

Así es como aprendí el camino del amor AGAPÉ.
Alabado sea el Señor por tener misericordia a mis huesos.

Sea el Señor Dios glorificado en este amor inexplicable en mi calidad humana.

No, love is not a feeling.
Nor a decision.

It took me 35 years to get it, but I finally understood it against all my will!
Against all the desire of my being.
Against wanting not to love her anymore and irrevocably deciding not to love her anymore!
To take the decision to no longer love !

Love is a fruit of the Spirit of God: an unavoidable fruit of the Holy Spirit.

I can testify that:
I have decided not to love,
I do not feel like loving,
and yet I cannot help but to love her.
Inexplicable !

This is how i learned the way of AGAPÉ love.
Praise the Lord for having mercy on my bones!
